Montessori Infant/Toddler (0–3) Diploma Program

Montessori parents, educators and childcare professionals can enroll in our Montessori diploma program designed for this critical period in a child's development.

This program includes seven comprehensive, full-color curriculum manuals. These manuals will take you step-by-step through important developmental information and activities for children ages 3 months to 3 years.

Also included are Checklists customized to complement each area of NAMC’s curriculum. These checklists are a valuable record-keeping resource used to keep track of and evaluate your students’ progress. This manual begins with an overview of issues that apply specifically to infants from 3-12 months, including what changes a caregiver can look for to know when an infant may be ready for a particular activity, how to adjust to an infant's changing needs, an example of preparing the environment for infants, and special points to consider when presenting activities to infants. Cognitive, motor and sensory activities designed to appeal particularly to the interests and abilities of infants follow the introduction.
