available for purchase individually, or as full-curriculum
sets. Cost efficiency is achieved with the purchase of full
sets, as set out on the order form.

your credit card payment (VISA or MasterCard).
2. Mail:
Download and print the PDF
order form, complete and mail it with your payment (certified
school cheque, international money order, bank draft or certified
